The wife and I spoke about it and we decided on Revolution Deck Systems from Coty Construction. First, the process was so simple, and we knew the pricing as we stood there discussing what we wanted. Brian from Revolution Decks was straightforward, and we chose everything out and the cost never changed. They handled everything from the permit to call before you dig! They came out and did their ledger board and footing one day, then the next day the deck was completed. They are an awesome group to work with and we would use them again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We hired the team at Coty Construction to rebuild our deck which was starting to rot. They used top of the line materials from Trex and the deck turned out gorgeous. Curt was great to work with, answered all our questions and responded promptly. He really went above and beyond to make sure we loved the finished project.

There are not enough fantastic things to say about Coty construction. I have a new roof and gutters on my house. Coty also replaced bad trim. Everyone who worked on my house was nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. They are the best! You would be smart to use them!

I recently had a new deck put up by Coty. They did an amazing job. They were very professional and answered any questions respectfully and did not talk to me like I was asking a stupid questions. They made sure the yard was cleaned up after they were finished with the deck, I've had some folks that did not do that. Nick from COTY came by for a roof inspection and these guys know their stuff! He was very knowledgeable and explained the issues with my roof, gave me a few options and was very honest and realistic about the life it has left in it. There were no high pressure sales tactics or anything like that! Highly recommend if you're looking for a reputable company to take a look at your roof and give you an honest evaluation.

We needed rain gutters for our home. Even though it was a small project, they were very helpful and willing to answer any of our questions. We would recommend them for any home improvement need.

My husband and I enjoy spending time out on our deck, having cookouts shared with good friends and family. Our old wooden deck has served us well but was definitely in need of some refurbishing, and we decided to replace it with a new composite deck. Trying to find a builder on Angie's List was frustrating because this season is so busy with many people wanting to do home improvements after a year in a pandemic. We had difficulty getting anyone to call us back. And if they did their terms seemed unreasonable and prices inflated. One builder tried to give us an estimate on the job of tearing down the old deck and replacing it sight unseen, and then stopped responding to our calls. He definitely made the right choice! Once we contacted Coty, I got a call the next day to schedule a time for someone to come out and see the property and to give us an estimate. We had the pleasure of working with Curt through this process. Curt is knowledgeable and professional and he was a joy to work with from start to finish. Rex was the primary builder and he did a fantastic job with such attention to detail, despite having to work in rain and even snow, he was here every day. The work site was left clean with our old wood deck waste hauled away daily. The new deck is solid and truly looks like a work of art. We chose the TREX Transcend and it has a 25 year warranty. We are happy it will be maintenance free for a very long time. Coty Construction acted with integrity and were true to their word through every part of this process. We are SO PLEASED with the end result and our expectations were exceeded in every way. Our new deck is stunning and we can’t wait to host a cookout bash to celebrate my niece’s graduation from U of M with family in just a couple weeks!! Coty Construction replaced my old, rickety deck with a Trex composite deck. The company, Doug, the owner, and others were all awesome! They helped me plan my new deck, arrived on time, and built a beautiful deck. They made the process easy, and everyone was very professional and trustworthy. I will definitely use them again for all my house and remodeling needs.

Earlier this month, Coty Construction did a fine job replacing our old and leaky roof here in Roseville. We met with Mr Curt Rons, explained the history of our roof and showed him the ceiling damage. Curt inspected the roof and prepared a quote. He also clearly explained all details of the entire process. The Coty crew replaced the entire roof, portions of the old roof deck, replaced damaged attic insulation and added needed roof vents. We are very pleased with our new roof project. It was a pleasure to work with Curt, the roofing crew and the staff at Coty Construction.

I have used Coty Construction several times for Roof and Siding replacement over the years. I recently bought a townhome and had them do some exterior work replacing moldings and trim around the garage, as well as upgrading a small patio. I have always found their staff to be very professional, workmanship excellent, and always done to my specifications.
